How does DeltaIQ integrate with our existing systems?

DeltaIQ integrates with your existing NDIS operational systems. We connect to your data through secure APIs, so there's no disruption to your current workflows. DeltaIQ sits on top of your existing tools and makes them smarter.

How long does onboarding take?

Most providers are up and running within 2–4 weeks. Onboarding includes data connection, initial analysis calibration, and training for your team. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the platform is tuned to your specific needs.

Is our data secure and isolated from other providers?

Absolutely. DeltaIQ uses a multi-tenant architecture with complete data isolation between providers. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted in Australian data centres (AWS Sydney), and never shared with or accessible by other providers.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your data remains yours. If you choose to cancel, we provide a full data export and then securely delete all your data from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with Australian privacy requirements.

Do you offer a pilot program?

Yes. We offer a pilot program so you can see DeltaIQ working with your real data before committing. The pilot typically runs for 8–12 weeks and includes a subset of your SIL homes. Contact us to discuss a pilot tailored to your organisation.
